Mee Bhoomi is an app tag lined as digital depository of land records launched on 13 June 2015 by chief minister then Chandra Babu Naidu.  The Andhra Pradesh government has launched that `Mee Bhoomi’ app for exclusively publish and online checking of and a digital depository of land records.

It makes available all the land details along with Adangal/Pahani and 1-B details, available to the people in online. It is having the land records and lists of all details of land owners, area of land, assessment of land, water sources, soil types, nature of possession of the land, liabilities, tenancy, and crops grown in that land. One can also easily view individual/ village adangal and 1B details on the website.

It is having the the survey number or pattadar number of land reformer. it also gives the option by entering the Aadhaar card number to view of land details. Users can also search for their field measurement book (F.M.B) on the website. The details of any transactions will also be updated on the website.

With respect to grievances related to land, people can register a complaint at the closest Mee-Seva centre, which will process the same within 15 days. Making the portal mobile-friendly, the government has also launched an Android app.

Revenue department of Andhra Pradesh has taken the lead in the country by making all land records available in online and end the menace of fake pattadar passbooks, which have been used extensively to access fraudulent bank loans in several districts.

The Revenue Department has uploaded over 100% of government land records online and completed computerization of a majority of the data relating to the private lands. This is meant to prevent tampering of physical records. After thousands of fake pattadar passbooks were recovered in Anantapur and other districts, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu instructed the Revenue Department to speed up the process and freeze the records online.

Mr. Naidu, who held a meeting to review the progress of computerization of land records with the objective of bring in transparency without giving scope for corruption.

Adangal in olden days referred as the book of land records maintained by the VRO .  Adangal now days using in online forms and online websites. Adangal in another way known as Village account No.2. and is written and maintains as each year by the Village Administrate Officer. Basically, maintaining adangal is a primary duty of the Village Administrative Officer. registering in the adangal the details of crops raised in the land, trees standing on all government lands. The grievances of the people will be addressed at the closest Mee–Seva centre, on the register of a complaint. As per the mandate, they will be processed within 15 days. To Register a compliant through portal, go to the official website and follow the below given steps,

Step 1: Go to the Complaints option in the menu bar and also click on “Register of complaints”.

Step 3: Now, Fill up all the required details like complaint name, address, Aadhar number, Type of complaints, and village name.

Step 5: Now, you have to enter OTP in a given box.

Step 6: OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
